NMBA(Neuromuscular blocking agent) tapering?

Titration of NMBA

- 환자 개인의 neuromuscular blockade 정도에 따라 개별화 용량이 필요

- NMBA 사용 목적을 만족하는 최소유효용량이 투여될 수 있도록 함

   ex. ventilator synchrony, immobility, ICP 감소, hypothermia 시 shivering 감소

- muscle의 마비 순서 * muscle 회복은 반대

   small/rapidly moving muscle(eyes, jaw, larynx) ⇒ limbs/truk ⇒ diaphragm

- 🤩 without taper
